Swimming Amongst Giants

It has always been a dream to travel to Micronesia, but it’s a whole other story to get the opportunity to go and dive the biggest graveyard of WWII ships in the world.

The place I am speaking of is Chuuk Lagoon of the Federated States of Micronesia, located about 1,000km south east from Guam.

High up on Mount Lempuyang

During one of our days off from scuba diving and snorkeling in Amed, Bali, we decided to see how far one of the steep local mountain roads could leads us onto Mount Lempuyang, in the eastern part of the island. We past several villages with chickens and dogs running freely as fog kept rolling on, and we were able to snap one shot on the top.

Sleepy Sanur

We arrived in Sanur, Bali a few days ago and we were surprised at just how quiet this coastal town is. There was hardly anyone to disturb the water or sand. And with Sanur facing east, the sunrise coming over Nusa Penida island is a captivating view of towering rainclouds, and eye popping colours.
